1. About us
Tellus Skin Care ("we", "our", "us") operates the website telluskin.com and sells personal-care products for delivery within the Netherlands. By placing an order on our website, you accept these Terms.
Placeholder details — replace with company name, KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number, VAT (BTW) number and registered address before launch.
2. Orders
An order is binding once we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud. In that case any payment received will be refunded in full.
3. Pricing
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may adjust prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver only within the Netherlands. Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days from dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to you or to a person at your delivery address.
5. Right of withdrawal
In line with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Personal-care items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To exercise this right, contact us at hello@telluskin.com. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Defects
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Liability
Our liability for any direct loss arising from a product or our website is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the district where the company is registered.
