Who we are

Tellus Skin Care is the controller of personal data collected through telluskin.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Order details: name, delivery address, email, phone — used to fulfill and ship your order.
Account details (when introduced): email and password hash — used to let you log in and view past orders.
Marketing email address (only if you opt in) — used to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device — used to keep the site secure and to measure aggregate traffic.

Legal basis

We process order data to perform our contract with you, marketing email on the basis of your consent, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Dutch tax obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to processing. Email privacy@telluskin.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your cart). When we add analytics or marketing cookies, you'll be asked to consent first via a banner.

Sharing

We share data only with processors strictly required to operate the store: payment provider, shipping carrier, email/marketing tooling. We never sell personal data.
